http://www.shop.kn/GRFX/Items/nokia1600.jpgI have been using the nokia 1600 for 2 years straight. It is one cell phone worth its cost. When compared to the other costly mobiles with its new features such as multimedia and other features,1600 stands in its own class. It may not have the features of the other costlier mobiles but when it comes to sending sms it is the best.It is built with keypads that can take on heavy pounding. It is one of the best when it comes to sending sms. The sms sending procedure is so easy that when compared to other mobiles.
I prefer sending sms rather than calling.Sending sms is also one tiresome job in certain mobiles. I prefer not to send messages from other mobiles. It also has one feature that is not present in other mobiles. The screened message option.I have 750 free sms daily.so i just send sms to everyone. In case i want to irritate anyone i just send them empty messages.I just put the name of the person in the screened messages folder and the messages from that number wont be able to reach us.When it comes to sending continuous messages, just give the option to many and send as many messages as possible.

Nokia N93i

This brand new N series phone model of Nokia can be considered as an update from the Nokia N93. Due to a lot of complaints that emerged from initial users of the Nokia N93, the release of N93i will hopefully help to calm these complaints.
A major difference that can be easily spotted is the new design. The N93 contains the common keypads of Nokia cell phones as compared to the metallic version of N93i. This type of keypad was first seen with the RAZR phones of Motorola and it seems that Nokia has found their own way of incorporating this stylish look into their mobile phones. There’s also a unique flipping style that the Nokia N93i is also capable of.

Reds
When you add deep reds or bright pinks to your daily diet, you are adding a powerful antioxidant called lycopene. Lycopene is found in tomatoes, red and pink grapefruit, watermelon, papaya and guava. Diets rich in lycopene are being studied for their ability to fight heart disease and some cancers.

Greens
Green vegetables are rich in the phytochemicals that keep you healthy. For example, the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin that are found in spinach, collards, kale and broccoli have antioxidant properties and are being studied for their ability to protect your eyes by keeping your retina strong.

Oranges
Orange color is a must-have in your daily diet. Orange vegetables and fruits like sweet potatoes, mangos, carrots, and apricots, contain beta-carotene, a natural antioxidant being studied for its role in enhancing the immune system.

Yellows
Bright yellows have many of the same perks as the orange groups: high in essential vitamins and carotenoids. Pineapple, for example, is rich with Vitamin C, manganese and the natural enzyme, bromelain. Bromelain is a great digestion aid to add to a meal.

Blues/Purples
Blues and purples not only add beautiful shades of tranquility and richness to your plate, they add health-enhancing flavonoids, phytochemicals, and antioxidants. Blueberries, in particular, are rich in Vitamin C, folic acid and potassium, and high in fiber.

Whites
Vegetables from the onion family, which include garlic, chives, scallions, leeks, and any variety of onion, contain the phytochemical allicin which may help lower cholesterol and blood pressure and increase the body’s ability to fight infections.

As anyone who has tried it knows, one of the hardest things about a weight loss regimen is just that: the regimen. The reasons most diets and exercise routines fail is simply because they are difficult to stick to. One of the best things you can do to avoid this pitfall is to come up with a realistic plan before you attempt to lose 10 pounds, and to incorporate that plan into your daily routine.
